Terms of Service
These terms apply to every engagement with DynasTypeak Search.
Scope of services
Deliverables are defined in your order confirmation or proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Client responsibilities
Timely, accurate information is required for us to deliver. Delays in providing materials or feedback shift delivery dates accordingly.
Revisions
Career services include the revision rounds stated on the service page, available for 14 days after delivery. Revisions cover refinement, not a change of career direction or scope.
Payment
Career services are payable in advance. Automation programmes follow the milestone schedule set out in your proposal.
Refunds
Because work begins immediately and deliverables are bespoke, fees are non-refundable once drafting has started. If we have not begun, a full refund is issued.
No outcome guarantee
We guarantee professional, ATS-compatible deliverables and defined support. We cannot and do not guarantee interviews, offers or salary outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of your final documents transfers to you. We retain rights to our templates, frameworks and methodologies.
Confidentiality
Your information and documents are treated as confidential and shared only with the specialists assigned to your project.
Governing terms
These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that engagement.
